About Us
Our background
We are Ryan and Virginia Aragon, married artists living in Colorado Springs, Colorado. We began Aragon Studios in 2022 and produce an extensive range of cross-disciplinary art and design, specializing in painting, sculpture and photography. We each have our own distinct styles and processes with individual bodies of work, but we often work together on collaborative projects, bringing together our unique perspectives and skills. We are also the owners of Finders Keepers, an art gallery and gift shop located in Palmer Lake, Colorado, where our art can be seen in person!
Ryan Aragon
I am a multi-media artist and designer from Castle Rock, Colorado. I have a BFA in Sculpture & Video from Cornish College of the Arts in Seattle, Washington, as well as an MFA in Sculpture from the San Francisco Art Institute in San Francisco, California. My work is inspired by life and explores the connections between people and the natural world.
Virginia Aragon
I am a painter and illustrator from Mead Valley, California, who works primarily in acrylic, ink and graphite. My art spans the realms of Magical Realism, delves into Surrealist dreams as well as nightmares, and wanders the fields of Abstract Expressionism. Drawn intuitively from my subconscious imagination, I create incredible new worlds full of intrigue and wonder.
